Hi all, Sorry I didn't put this list on the lists to update. On Friday I was exiting my bandk and was talking on my phone when I tripped and fell flat on my bank. Someone saw me and got me up and over to a bench. I must of hit my Ankle real hard because it was starting to swell and the girl who had helped me at the bank went and got me some ice. When the paramedics got there the pain had gone down some and they got me on a stretcher and over to Osteo which is a local hospital. I got checked out and they told me that I had a sprain and gave me instructions and then after getting Xrays I got a ride home from my apartment Programs Staff.
