Hi all., my Monday has been a good one. I started out by hanging out with my friend Laura on zoom and checking email. Then a few hours went by and since it was mom's birthday we went up to our local Rudy's BBQ, and purchase two stuffed baked potatoes. Am I daddy chopped brisket sandwich. And believe me they were both very yummy. However, we got home, and started unpacking the food. And my mom even asked the lady. And the chopped brisket sandwich in the top to be sliced brisket. So my mom had to break out her electric knife and boy was she mad that that lady had lied to her. So that has been my day.
