Do you play an instrument as I’ve forgotten. Sorry I really don’t like jazz. I like brass bands though and my niece plays in the local youth band and we have been to lots of concerts put on by them over the years she has been playing with them which is about ten years. Love emma

I prefer oldies and rock music. I love queen and I just bought the greatest hits from Richard Marx but I also like classical if it isn’t too high-brow and musicals. I will listen to nearly anything if it isn’t too jazzy. I have been to lots of concerts from Michael Crawford, who was in phantom, to erasure and the Freddie mercury memorial concert. I also played mandolin for about ten years so I love listening that too. Including classical mandolin and blue grass. Love emma

That makes it easier to read then. Can you read latin in braille as surely you would need other contractions for it, wouldn’t you? Love emma

Oh my goodness you really put me to shame. I only learnt grade 2 braille music. But I did learn a couple of concertos for the mandolin by route. How do you deal with all those expression signs? Love emma

Do you use braille music or are you one of those clever blind people who can play by ear. I’m not and when I played my mandolin I had sighted music and got someone to teach the pieces to me from that. Love emma

Love emma
